"But you're not gay. I know you're not gay, Hank."

I read New X-Men #4 Riot at Xavier's, to find out who the Quentin guy was who had shown up in Phoenix Endsong. The whole issue has a wonderful sense of humor ( cut for spoilers, just in case )

god loves man kills, in search of a master narrative, pairings of doom

there's always Remus Goes to Tibet.
where he meets up with oz, and they learn to control the wolf together! (mostly through lots and lots of sex.)

You know, I've actually read a couple stories where Remus goes to Tibet, but never got the joke (if it was meant as one by the author).

Hee. Werewolf sex.

I think of it as being up there with places Travelers Who Have Been Everywhere go, but it seems lots of others have the same idea.

And, yes, Remus/Oz is such a tempting pairing. Lost and wandering werewolves!

I've written Remus going to Tibet, if briefly. Maybe I need to find the movie for purposes of illustration. *g*

Thewlis does look lovely in Seven Years, and there's something about his voice. Even if I haven't reconciled Thewlis!Lupin with the Lupin in my head from the books, I think Thewlis' voice is dead on.

Would you remind me where your Remus-going-to-Tibet is? I can't remember if I've read it. I wonder why the Tibet travel idea is so pervasive.

I sent him to Tibet in Breathe Out Anger. And I'm not sure why it's so pervasive. It seems like a good place to get away from it all?
