Actually, my day job is as a counselor. I do have an advanced degree, in Rehabilitation Counseling.

But, to paraphrase Billy Joel, the writers have much more fun.

Well, that requires a great deal of specialization. First, you have to go to Anti-Charm School, which is much harder to get into than Charm School. And not remotely related to magic.
