Once again, the comments are amazing. Is that a clue tucked at the end there? I like how Sherlock is patently not replying to his fan.

there's no deep hidden fear of Chimpanzees resting in that line by chance is there? lol

No, of course not! Whatever gave you that idea? I don't fear chimps...with their evil orangey-brown eyes and shrieking voices and terrible hunger for violence and raw flesh... O.o

Oh, this fic just continues to be brilliant and fun, and brilliantly fun! I love John's voice, through and through, and the sense of him writing the blog posts in spurts. I love the vision of Sherlock that we get distilled through the combination of John's perspective and Sherlock's comments at the end. Looking forward impatiently to the next installment!

And I'm especially glad that you like the voices and the characterisations as that is the most important thing about fanfic, to my mind anyway. And the blog thing seemed like the natural way to do it, in light of the series, so I'm glad it worked for you. The next part will hopefully be soonish, other commitments allowing... :D
