So, out of curiosity, I check the promotion points for my MOS today. And, despite my expectations that I couldn't get promoted this year, points did drop after all. So, now I need to go through a whole new round of rationalizations for why I did what I did. Why I sacrificied what would have been a promotion to Sergeant on June 1st. I'm still
