not trying to say anything :) people here can't drive, doesn't matter what the weather is like.
I don't like chains.
and I hate people that constantly complain and do nothing about what they are complaining about

Well, I could say the same for drivers I've encountered in SoCal. Or NY. Or MA. Or GA (and I did). Or OH. You get the point... But, given the number of people who've listed other drivers in their list of 3, I think it's safe to say that everyone believes s/he is a better driver than everyone else. :)

well...it probably has to do with population density here. but In my 20 some years on the central coast in cali, I have never been tailgated, almost hit, run off the road and just overall agrtevated as much as I have been here in the last year
