[ALT] Tokyo Babylon 1999 - Face On (Remake)
First of all, sorry, I know I've sort of disappeared. It's a long story but anyway I'm still around. It's just real life who's not a bowl of cherries.
Does someone remember the first video I posted here?
It wasn't much of a video, just Seishiro's death scene (minus Hokuto's death) with a BGM ('Face on' from 'Wolf's Rain') since there wasn't one in the original anime and I totally hated this.
Music is a NECESSARY requisite for a dramatic scene.
The BGM though had to be cut because the death scene was shorter than it.
Well, since that video's quality was pretty low I remade it.
However this time I improved the video quality and the colour quality, corrected the eye colour to make it the same as the manga, edited the scenes so they would cover the full lenght of the BGM, added a couple of flashbacks (from TB 2 OAV), redid the subtitles and left the Japanese voices as in the previous video but now you should manage to hear them since I raised their volume (in the previous video the music was covering them).
Oh, Hokuto's death is still removed apart from a small scene because in the manga Hokuto's death wasn't placed here but afterward.
After all this work now the video is part of my TB 1999 series (my imaginary series that cover TB & X and that focus mostly on Sei&Su) because that's how I wanted the scene to be done and not how the X anime played it.
Well, not quite because I would have liked for some things to be different but I was missing the footage so that's the best I could do. Deal with it as you prefer.
Anyway here it is. Just a warning. Youtube will stop people from Canada, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and United States from seeing it so, if you're from one of those places, sorry but Youtube whon't let you see it.
