This is really helpful.
However, the list would be even better if you included the sources the identification is based upon, so that a critical reader / writer has the chance to look it up and decide whether or not s/he agrees with your conclusions. :)

Oh, you mean in the series... Mn... I could mention the volume or the episode number but not the page... (and I'd really like not to search for the minute... ^_^;) I can't mention the page because I've the Italian version of the CLAMP mangas and in them the page number it's not always the same as in the Japanese version...
Actually in the version of this list I've on my pc I've added/I'm adding pictures of the original place, maps (when I've found them) and descriptions...
I didn't feel like posting them here because... well they're taken as they are from other webs... and I don't know if I feel like adapting them. It's a lot of work and my English isn't that good, plus people, once provided with the name of the place they're searching, can easily find them just browsing in wikipedia.

The problem with Wikipedia is that the information there isn't as reliable as it seems, because everybody can edit it. You have no way to sort canon from fanon there, which is why original sources from the books, movies, etc. are so important.
There are a lot of interpretations abound, some valid, some plain nonsense - and everybody has to make up his / her mind regarding which ones are good (or at least usable / understandable) and which are not. :)
You have your own set of locations deciphered, but whether everybody agrees with it is another question. That's why I asked to give the source. It makes everything so much easier. :)

Wow, that's a really nice resource for the fandom. That could be useful for any detail-oriented fanfics.

I was skimming and I noticed, (these three are only examples)

Kanto-chiho - Tokyo-to - Tokyo-shi - Chuo-ku - Ginza - Kimuraya:
"Kimura Store"
TB: Sakurazuka Seishiro bought here some Anpan. [TB Vol. 1]

Kanto-chiho - Tokyo-to - Tokyo-shi - Minato-ku - Akasaka - Top's:
TB: Sakurazuka Seishiro bought here the Top's chocolate cake for Subaru. [TB Vol. 3]

Kanto-chiho - Tokyo-to - Tokyo-shi - Minato-ku - Akasaka - Ark Hills:
X (movie): Kekkai. Destroyed by Sakurazuka Seishiro. Here took place the battle between him and Sumeragi Subaru. During it both died.

First one-Saku......bought some anpan here
Second- Saku.........bought Top's chocolate cake for Subaru here.
Third-The Battle between him and Sumeragi Subaru took place here.

Basically, you keep putting here in the wrong place ^_^
