Ironic you should say that, because I was watching "Facets", episode 25 of season 3. I needed a Dax fix.

I would not call "Facets" one of the stinkers. Things like "Heart of Stone," "Life Support" or "Meridian" are more in that category.

I really have to make a point of picking up the DVDs of this show. It was a fine series.

I went back and forth on it. At the time, Trek DVDs were priced through the roof, and I'd already bit the bullet for TNG. Now, though--with Trek in decline and with Blu-ray pulling down prices of DVD standard discs--I may pick up DS9. Season prices are around $45-$50 each, so I think they can come down even further--but that's a far cry from the $100+ they were originally selling for. :)

Absolutely they stupid priced back in the day. But I was also money stupid back then, so it all worked out. :D
