I have a pet peeve. I had a backseat driver bug me so much this weekend that she almost caused me to have a wreck! Is it rude to tell someone to SHUT THE GODDAMN FUCK UP when they are constantly telling you where to go or how to drive or how fast to drive or which fucking lane to be in. Damn, I wish I could have read the long reply. :( I think it's rude to be a backseat driver. I'm competent enough to get around fine all by myself, and for someone to act like they know better than you is almost like they are saying "I think you are incompetent fuck" and of course they would say they are just trying to help

I don't even really drive and I hate them too >_< They aren't just irritating to the driver they are irritating to everyone else in the car.... Something about the idea of having a wreck makes everyone uncomfortable so they all want to turn on that one person like a pack of wild dogs. I'm sorry you had someone driving you nuts this weekend :(

It's ok, but I'm surprised that it still makes me mad when I think about it. Actually, there were 3 people in the car. Me, the passenger, and the backseat driver. And I got blamed for being rude to the backseat driver. Nice huh?

Ok... I'd have to explain it to the two of them just like this.... It's MY car and I'll be "rude" to whoever the fuck I want to, now both of you shut the fuck up!!!!
