Title: Hate and Love Obsession
You used to lead a boring but good life. A life in which you were a good student and study hard. You respect and obey your elders. You never party hard or attend in wild parties. You train and work hard to improve your martial arts and dancing skills. You were a good boyfriend, loved your girlfriend a lot, never cheated, completely loyal. Life was good and back then, you didn’t think the life you had was boring.
Until you met Heechul. You thought that your life suddenly became like a twisted drama with a complicated love life. You hated each other simply because you were complete opposites. While you lived a good life, he lead a bad life. Heechul was a bad student, who doesn’t care to study or give a damn about his grades. He was a rebel to his parents, cuss and curse a lot to his elders and a complete disrespectful brat. He loved drinking, smoking, partying and there was even a rumor that he’s taking drugs. He hops from one person to another and if he decides to be in a relationship, he often cheats and become a two-timer or more.
You fight a lot with him because your moral, values, personality simply crashed against each other. You just feel so angry at him that you started to learn how to cuss and curse and throw a bad word to two at Heechul. You learned martial arts so you could protect the people you love but now, you used it to fight with Heechul, who seem to equally know how to fight but in street style manner. Because of the fights you got involved with Heechul, there are times when you would be temporarily banned from the martial arts club and dropped from participating in martial arts contest. You couldn’t be in the dance club or enter dance contests either because sometimes, you have too many injuries from the fight to be able to dance well.
Heechul had flirted and tried to steal your girlfriend. Nothing really happened between Heechul and your girlfriend but you’re angry at your girlfriend because she was tempted and surely, it won’t be long before she might probably start cheating on you. But then, you surprised yourself because it’s you, who actually cheated on her first… and with Heechul, of all people.
It started out with the usual fight, the kicks and the punches and then suddenly, you were kissing, hands all over each other’s bodies, caressing bruised bodies, fucking each other against a wall in a dark alley and you even ended up being the receiver of Heechul’s penis. You were humiliated and you become more angry with yourself, with Heechul and with everybody else.
“Where was the Hankyung that we used to know?” You often heard that question. You heard it when you managed to shout out a curse against your parents when you were angry. You never used to do that no matter how angry you were. You heard it from your friends, who commented that you seem to use most of your time fighting with Heechul than having fun with them. You heard it from your teachers, who were disappointed because your grades had dropped. You heard it from your girlfriend, who broke up with you because she doesn’t like your new personality.
Your life became completely messed up. “Welcome to the dark side.” Heechul said and you hated the smirk on his face so you wiped it off with a punch.
“It’s all your fault.” You blamed Heechul because he’s the reason why your life turned upside down.
“Sorry.” That one word came from Heechul’s mouth with the most sincere tone. You can’t believe it but when you looked at Heechul’s eyes, it was pure and honest. For a completely bad person, you can’t believe that Heechul actually has a good side, who actually managed to give out an apology.
And the most surprising thing was that you actually forgave him. That’s how you started becoming friends… or not exactly because friends don’t kiss and fuck each other, do they? However, you can’t help but start to like Heechul as you understand and learn more about him. It just turned out that Heechul was misunderstood and lonely because despite partying hard and having a lot of friends, none of them bothered to get to know who Heechul truly is and ironically, you understood and became his company. You want to think that Heechul might have felt something for you too because he stopped flirting with anyone that has a sexual drive.
People doesn’t approve of your relationship with Heechul though both of you deny being in a relationship but how could people believe you when you give off a public display of affection? But it’s the truth. You’re not in a relationship with Heechul and you’re not exactly friends either. You’re something in between or something unexplainable but special.
You try to prove that Heechul wasn’t bad influence. Well, he used to be in the past but not anymore. You started to change back to your old self. You went back to studying hard and pulled your grades up. Because you don’t fight with Heechul anymore (or at least not as much or as physical as in the past), you are able to went back to training martial arts and practice dancing and enter in competitions. You stopped saying bad words and cussing. You became respectful to your elders again but you weren’t as obedient as before because you can’t obey them when they tell you to stay away from Heechul.
But because you proved to them that you could be a good person despite being with Heechul, they left your relationship with Heechul alone though most of them still don’t like Heechul. Some your friends had started to accept Heechul as you try to let Heechul hang out with you and your friends but Heechul try to avoid that because most of your friends are goody-goody and completely boring as like how you used to be in the past.
“So what are we?” Heechul asked.
“I don’t know.” You replied honestly.
“But you like me, right?”
“Yeah.”
“Then I guess I like you too.”
During that time, you didn’t have a title or a label for your relationship but things became official when Heechul said that if you changing back to your old self means reuniting with your ex-girlfriend and stop kissing and fucking with him, then he’ll try his best to mess up your life again. Because he admits that he fucking loves you and wouldn’t know how to take it if you reject him and won’t return his feelings.
But you say that no matter how hard you try, you won’t exactly return to being like your old self. Although there is some semblance, it wouldn’t be exactly like before. You only want to be friends again with your ex-girlfriend. You also admitted that you’re actually obsessed with Heechul since you met him. You were obsessed with hating Heechul in the past but now, you’re obsessed with loving him.

A/N: I wrote this when I wasn't so busy last Tuesday. And then... life became busy T_T and I finally had my forced volunteer duty >.< My regular duty is at 2pm-10pm Mondays to Fridays. I arrive at home somewhere close to 11pm. Then the forced volunteer was at 6am-12nn today, Saturday...so I had to wake up 4:30am T_T but then the operation I scrubbed in started at 11am. It finished at 3pm plus!!! >.< Then I had to clean the instruments so it was almost 4pm when I could finally get out of the hospital @_@.... my feet is tired T_T I want a feet massage...
