Sungmin and Eeteuk had met for the first time when they applied for the company. While waiting for their turn, they started a friendly conversation. Eeteuk had been the first one to go to an interview. He returned with good news and wished Sungmin good luck. After the interview, Sungmin was surprised to see that Eeteuk was actually still waiting for him.
“How did it go?” Eeteuk asked with anxiety, worry and concern written all over his face.

That’s when Sungmin realized that Siwon may have thought and acted as if he was over Heechul and moved on to dating and having relationships to other people but deep down inside and unconsciousness, Siwon probably still loved and longed for Heechul. Exactly the way Sungmin felt for Siwon.
“Looks like he’s really drunk. Why don’t you take him to the dance floor and let him dance so the alcohol could get out of his system.” Donghae suggested and that’s exactly what Sungmin did.
But as Sungmin and Siwon became dance partners, they couldn’t get their hands off from each other. Siwon had always been a touchy-feely guy. Sungmin was simply taking this opportunity to touch Siwon while Siwon was completely drunk and Sungmin himself was a bit tipsy. He was surprised when Siwon’s hands suddenly grabbed his hips and grinded their hips together. The dancing only fueled the hot desire inside them. Later on, they ended up in one of the guest rooms in Donghae’s house. Kissing, groping, caressing, taking off each other’s clothes and fucking.
When Siwon woke up the next morning, he saw a naked Sungmin trying to put on some clothes. Siwon looked at himself and realized that he was naked as well. “You took advantage of me.”
“Stop blaming me, Siwon. It could have been anybody who took advantage of you. It could have been Donghae or Ryeowook who Heechul chose to kiss during our last performance.”
“Why the heck are you even mentioning the past?!?!”
“Because you haven’t gotten over the past!!! You still love Heechul!!! You getting upset and drunk seeing that Heechul got himself a Chinese boyfriend just proved it!!! And if you want some more proof, you moaned out Heechul’s name while we were fucking last night. Heck, you screamed his name while cumming inside me.” Sungmin retorted angrily. He was hurt, depressed and heart broken. He felt stupid for even thinking that he and Siwon could have become friends again. Sungmin looked at the mirror and fixed his hair before leaving the room. During his 3rd and 4th year of college, Donghae still invited him to his birthday party but Sungmin would always find some excuse because he was sure that Donghae probably invited Siwon and Sungmin doesn’t want to see Siwon…ever again. But fate simply wouldn’t leave Sungmin alone because fate lead Sungmin and Siwon to meet with each other again in the acquaintance party as it turned out that they were working in the same company all along.
Now, Sungmin wondered if Siwon had really gotten over Heechul as he was trying hard to get Eeteuk into a relationship with him. Sungmin really envied Eeteuk, who got a nice, loving and loyal boyfriend and at the same time, still got some admirers and especially Siwon to try to win Eeteuk’s feelings. Although he felt envy and jealous, Eeteuk had been nothing but a good friend so Sungmin couldn’t bring himself to hate or be angry at Eeteuk. Besides, Sungmin always knew that he never have a chance to be with Siwon anyway.
Sungmin didn’t really mind being in the same company as Siwon because they could just ignore each other just like in the past but Eeteuk wouldn’t let them off the hook. Eeteuk would pass everything that Siwon offered him to Sungmin. Their conversation goes like this…
Siwon: Are you free this Saturday?
Eeteuk: Sorry but I have plans with Kibum. I’m sure Sungmin will be free though.
Siwon: Did you like the cake I gave you?
Eeteuk: It wasn’t really my type of cake. Sungmin loved it though. (actually, Sungmin didn’t even have a bite on that cake because it was actually Kibum’s type of cake)
Siwon: You look cute today.
Eeteuk: But Sungmin is cuter.
Sungmin would never say anything. He would simply listen and get annoyed and irritated but he kept it all to himself. Showing signs of anger will just lead Eeteuk to more teasing. Sungmin was just glad that despite his name always popping in their conversations, Siwon still haven’t talked to him.
It was a Saturday afternoon when Sungmin was waiting for Eeteuk outside the movie house. Eeteuk had invited him to watch a movie. Then he saw Siwon approaching him. He panicked a bit but remained at the spot he was standing anyway.
“Have you seen Eeteuk?”
“I’m still waiting for him to arrive.”
“You and Eeteuk are going to see a movie together?”
“Yeah. Why?”
“I thought Eeteuk was going to watch the movie with me.”

“Sungmin? Long time no see!!! Why haven’t you been attending to Donghae’s birthday parties. You know that’s the only time I get to see you, right?” Sungmin was suddenly enveloped by a warm hug from Heechul.
“Oh…nice to see you again, Heechul.” Sungmin said when he was released from the hug. Besides Heechul was a familiar face. Sungmin remembered the face from years ago. Heechul’s Chinese boyfriend. It looks like they are still having a relationship after all these years. “You’re going to watch a movie with your boyfriend?”
“Yes.” Heechul hugged Zhoumi’s arm. “And what about you? How are you with…” Then Heechul’s eyes shifted and saw Siwon. “Are you with Siwon? Are you guys together now? Wow! That’s great!”
“Um…actually…” Sungmin tried to explain but he was cut off.
“It’s been a month since we started a relationship and Sungmin is still quite shy on letting people know about our relationship.” Siwon said as he wrapped an arm around Sungmin’s waist.
Heechul laughed and showed a genuine smile. “I’m finally at ease now that I know you two are together.”
“If you excuse us, we need to buy movie tickets and popcorn. It was nice to see the both of you again.” Zhoumi said politely with a smile before leading Heechul to the ticket booth.
“Let’s go.” Siwon said and held Sungmin by the hand.
“You could stop acting, ya know. Heechul and Zhoumi aren’t looking. We don’t even have to watch the movie. With all of the people around, I’m sure they wouldn’t see us leaving.” Sungmin said but he let himself be lead by Siwon to the movie theater anyway.
“It’s just that I really want to see this movie and I don’t want to watch it alone. That’s all there is to it.” Siwon said and once they arrived inside the dark theater, Siwon released Sungmin’s hand. Sungmin somehow missed the warmth but he followed Siwon anyway until they found their seats. Both of them focused on the movie and completely ignored each other.
After the movie…
“Where are you going?” Siwon asked Sungmin.
“Leaving.” Sungmin didn’t stop walking so Siwon had to catch up with him.
“Without even saying goodbye?”
“You didn’t even complain when I simply left without a goodbye last time.” Sungmin was talking about the morning after Donghae’s reunion party years ago.
Siwon grabbed Sungmin’s arm to stop him from walking away. “Sungmin, we need to talk and you can’t just leave either. Heechul and Zhoumi are watching.”

“Sungmin, it’s a bit late so let’s have dinner then I’ll take you home, okay?” Siwon said in a gentle tone.
Sungmin knew it was just an act and from his peripheral vision, he could see Zhoumi and Heechul looking at them. “Fine.” He surrendered as he let himself be lead towards the car. He was actually expecting Siwon to just drop him off because it’s not like Heechul and Zhoumi would be able to see them having dinner together anyway but Siwon still took them to an expensive restaurant.
“I already had a reservation in the restaurant because I was expecting Eeteuk to come so don’t get any ideas into your head.” Siwon told him.
“Yeah, whatever.” Sungmin rolled his eyes after knowing he was just a spare tire. He had already given up hoping for Siwon to like him a loooong time ago already but still he let himself imagine for just a few minutes that he was really dating Siwon and that they were a real couple having dinner together. “So how did the date go?” Eeteuk asked with a teasing smile.

When work was over, Sungmin stormed over to Siwon’s office. He knew that Siwon would still be in the office by this time. “Yah! Siwon! Will you just quit courting Eeteuk?!?! He has a boyfriend. Stop bothering him!!! And if there’s anyone who you should be courting, it’s Heechul!!!”
“I’m already over Heechul. You‘re just saying that because you‘re jealous.”
“I’m not jealous!!!“ Okay, so that was a lie but Sungmin doesn’t want Siwon to know that he still have feelings for him. “If you’re really over him, then why did we have to act the other day?!?!”
“So that Heechul would have a peace of mind because he always wanted us to end up together.” Siwon stopped whatever business file he was typing in his laptop and fixed his attention on Sungmin. “During one of Donghae’s reunion parties in which you’ve been absent, Heechul and I have been talking and regained our friendship. I finally knew the reason why he broke up with me. It’s because he knew how much you love me and he thought that his love for me wasn’t as strong as yours and that he doesn’t deserve me so he stopped loving me so you could have me. Do you have any idea how much I hate you for that?”
“I told you to stop blaming me. It wasn’t just me who loved you that much in the past. It could have been anybody who Heechul found out but it just turned out to be me, okay?!?!”
“Do you still love me, Sungmin?”
“How the heck did the conversation turn this way?!?! I’m just here to tell you to stop bothering Eeteuk!!! I hate seeing you get rejected every time. I hate seeing you and Kibum fight. I hate the fact that I still love you!!!” Sungmin couldn’t believe what he had just said. He just felt very angry and hurt. He had been keeping all of his emotions to himself that it finally burst out today. He just want to be in his room, crawl under his blankets and cry and that’s exactly what Sungmin did when he got home.
Meanwhile at Siwon’s home, he found himself drinking wine as he thought about Sungmin. He didn’t like Sungmin that way which is why he rejected Sungmin the first time. Things had been awkward between them but he liked it that way. Then Heechul broke up with him and kissed Sungmin during the process. That’s how he started to hate Sungmin. Then when he learned about the real reason why Heechul broke up with him, he only hated Sungmin even more. Knowing that Sungmin was in the same company as him, he wanted to hurt Sungmin badly which is why he chose to keep on courting Eeteuk just to see the jealousy and hurt in Sungmin’s eyes. But now, he completely feel bad and guilty for what he had did. He shouldn’t feel this way. He should be happy that he got his revenge on Sungmin…right? After all, he and Heechul could have still been together if only Sungmin didn’t have those stupid feelings for him and Heechul wouldn’t have found out about it.
Siwon downed the wine from the glass before filling it again. He really doesn’t understand why Sungmin still loved him after all this time but then again, he doesn’t understand why he still loved Heechul after all this time either.

He regretted letting the alcohol take advantage of him and his emotions so he let Siwon, who was equally hurt, depressed and needed some comfort, fuck him last night.
“I…I did?” Siwon could only stare and reply in shock.
Sungmin looked at the mirror and fixed his hair before leaving the room. During his 3rd and 4th year of college, Donghae still invited him to his birthday party but Sungmin would always find some excuse because he was sure that Donghae probably invited Siwon and Sungmin doesn’t want to see Siwon…ever again. But fate simply wouldn’t leave Sungmin alone because fate lead Sungmin and Siwon to meet with each other again in the acquaintance party as it turned out that they were working in the same company all along.
Now, Sungmin wondered if Siwon had really gotten over Heechul as he was trying hard to get Eeteuk into a relationship with him. Sungmin really envied Eeteuk, who got a nice, loving and loyal boyfriend and at the same time, still got some admirers and especially Siwon to try to win Eeteuk’s feelings. Although he felt envy and jealous, Eeteuk had been nothing but a good friend so Sungmin couldn’t bring himself to hate or be angry at Eeteuk. Besides, Sungmin always knew that he never have a chance to be with Siwon anyway.
Sungmin didn’t really mind being in the same company as Siwon because they could just ignore each other just like in the past but Eeteuk wouldn’t let them off the hook. Eeteuk would pass everything that Siwon offered him to Sungmin. Their conversation goes like this…
Siwon: Are you free this Saturday?
Eeteuk: Sorry but I have plans with Kibum. I’m sure Sungmin will be free though.
Siwon: Did you like the cake I gave you?
Eeteuk: It wasn’t really my type of cake. Sungmin loved it though. (actually, Sungmin didn’t even have a bite on that cake because it was actually Kibum’s type of cake)
Siwon: You look cute today.
Eeteuk: But Sungmin is cuter.
Sungmin would never say anything. He would simply listen and get annoyed and irritated but he kept it all to himself. Showing signs of anger will just lead Eeteuk to more teasing. Sungmin was just glad that despite his name always popping in their conversations, Siwon still haven’t talked to him.
It was a Saturday afternoon when Sungmin was waiting for Eeteuk outside the movie house. Eeteuk had invited him to watch a movie. Then he saw Siwon approaching him. He panicked a bit but remained at the spot he was standing anyway.
“Have you seen Eeteuk?”
“I’m still waiting for him to arrive.”
“You and Eeteuk are going to see a movie together?”
“Yeah. Why?”
“I thought Eeteuk was going to watch the movie with me.”
A few moments of silence before realization hit them. It was a set-up by Eeteuk. Sungmin’s eyebrow twitched. “This is the last straw. I am so choking the life out Eeteuk the next time I see him.” Sungmin was starting to walk away but then he bumped to no other than…
“Sungmin? Long time no see!!! Why haven’t you been attending to Donghae’s birthday parties. You know that’s the only time I get to see you, right?” Sungmin was suddenly enveloped by a warm hug from Heechul.
“Oh…nice to see you again, Heechul.” Sungmin said when he was released from the hug. Besides Heechul was a familiar face. Sungmin remembered the face from years ago. Heechul’s Chinese boyfriend. It looks like they are still having a relationship after all these years. “You’re going to watch a movie with your boyfriend?”
“Yes.” Heechul hugged Zhoumi’s arm. “And what about you? How are you with…” Then Heechul’s eyes shifted and saw Siwon. “Are you with Siwon? Are you guys together now? Wow! That’s great!”
“Um…actually…” Sungmin tried to explain but he was cut off.
“It’s been a month since we started a relationship and Sungmin is still quite shy on letting people know about our relationship.” Siwon said as he wrapped an arm around Sungmin’s waist.
Heechul laughed and showed a genuine smile. “I’m finally at ease now that I know you two are together.”
“If you excuse us, we need to buy movie tickets and popcorn. It was nice to see the both of you again.” Zhoumi said politely with a smile before leading Heechul to the ticket booth.
“Let’s go.” Siwon said and held Sungmin by the hand.
“You could stop acting, ya know. Heechul and Zhoumi aren’t looking. We don’t even have to watch the movie. With all of the people around, I’m sure they wouldn’t see us leaving.” Sungmin said but he let himself be lead by Siwon to the movie theater anyway.
“It’s just that I really want to see this movie and I don’t want to watch it alone. That’s all there is to it.” Siwon said and once they arrived inside the dark theater, Siwon released Sungmin’s hand. Sungmin somehow missed the warmth but he followed Siwon anyway until they found their seats. Both of them focused on the movie and completely ignored each other.
After the movie…
“Where are you going?” Siwon asked Sungmin.
“Leaving.” Sungmin didn’t stop walking so Siwon had to catch up with him.
“Without even saying goodbye?”
“You didn’t even complain when I simply left without a goodbye last time.” Sungmin was talking about the morning after Donghae’s reunion party years ago.
Siwon grabbed Sungmin’s arm to stop him from walking away. “Sungmin, we need to talk and you can’t just leave either. Heechul and Zhoumi are watching.”
Sungmin became irritated. It had always been about Heechul (or Eeteuk lately) when it came to Siwon. “I don’t care!!! I’m going ho--” Whatever Sungmin was about to say was cut off as Siwon towered and kissed him. Sungmin wished that it wasn’t just acting.
“Sungmin, it’s a bit late so let’s have dinner then I’ll take you home, okay?” Siwon said in a gentle tone.
Sungmin knew it was just an act and from his peripheral vision, he could see Zhoumi and Heechul looking at them. “Fine.” He surrendered as he let himself be lead towards the car. He was actually expecting Siwon to just drop him off because it’s not like Heechul and Zhoumi would be able to see them having dinner together anyway but Siwon still took them to an expensive restaurant.
“I already had a reservation in the restaurant because I was expecting Eeteuk to come so don’t get any ideas into your head.” Siwon told him.
“Yeah, whatever.” Sungmin rolled his eyes after knowing he was just a spare tire. He had already given up hoping for Siwon to like him a loooong time ago already but still he let himself imagine for just a few minutes that he was really dating Siwon and that they were a real couple having dinner together. Sungmin really hated how he was a hopeless fool.
On Monday…
“So how did the date go?” Eeteuk asked with a teasing smile.
“Eeteuk, you are so dead!!!” Sungmin grabbed Eeteuk’s collar and started choking him.
“No violence in this office please.” Siwon appeared so Sungmin released Eeteuk and started working, ignoring them.
“Eeteuk, how could you think that I would go on a date with Sungmin? I love you, not him.” Siwon said which caused Sungmin to roll his eyes. They did date even if it was only an act and does Siwon really love Eeteuk? Because from the looks of it, Siwon still haven’t gotten over Heechul.
When work was over, Sungmin stormed over to Siwon’s office. He knew that Siwon would still be in the office by this time. “Yah! Siwon! Will you just quit courting Eeteuk?!?! He has a boyfriend. Stop bothering him!!! And if there’s anyone who you should be courting, it’s Heechul!!!”
“I’m already over Heechul. You‘re just saying that because you‘re jealous.”
“I’m not jealous!!!“ Okay, so that was a lie but Sungmin doesn’t want Siwon to know that he still have feelings for him. “If you’re really over him, then why did we have to act the other day?!?!”
“So that Heechul would have a peace of mind because he always wanted us to end up together.” Siwon stopped whatever business file he was typing in his laptop and fixed his attention on Sungmin. “During one of Donghae’s reunion parties in which you’ve been absent, Heechul and I have been talking and regained our friendship. I finally knew the reason why he broke up with me. It’s because he knew how much you love me and he thought that his love for me wasn’t as strong as yours and that he doesn’t deserve me so he stopped loving me so you could have me. Do you have any idea how much I hate you for that?”
“I told you to stop blaming me. It wasn’t just me who loved you that much in the past. It could have been anybody who Heechul found out but it just turned out to be me, okay?!?!”
“Do you still love me, Sungmin?”
“How the heck did the conversation turn this way?!?! I’m just here to tell you to stop bothering Eeteuk!!! I hate seeing you get rejected every time. I hate seeing you and Kibum fight. I hate the fact that I still love you!!!” Sungmin couldn’t believe what he had just said. He just felt very angry and hurt. He had been keeping all of his emotions to himself that it finally burst out today. He just want to be in his room, crawl under his blankets and cry and that’s exactly what Sungmin did when he got home.
Meanwhile at Siwon’s home, he found himself drinking wine as he thought about Sungmin. He didn’t like Sungmin that way which is why he rejected Sungmin the first time. Things had been awkward between them but he liked it that way. Then Heechul broke up with him and kissed Sungmin during the process. That’s how he started to hate Sungmin. Then when he learned about the real reason why Heechul broke up with him, he only hated Sungmin even more. Knowing that Sungmin was in the same company as him, he wanted to hurt Sungmin badly which is why he chose to keep on courting Eeteuk just to see the jealousy and hurt in Sungmin’s eyes. But now, he completely feel bad and guilty for what he had did. He shouldn’t feel this way. He should be happy that he got his revenge on Sungmin…right? After all, he and Heechul could have still been together if only Sungmin didn’t have those stupid feelings for him and Heechul wouldn’t have found out about it.
Siwon downed the wine from the glass before filling it again. He really doesn’t understand why Sungmin still loved him after all this time but then again, he doesn’t understand why he still loved Heechul after all this time either.

A/N: It turned out to be angst after all @_@ I never expected it to be this way since my fics are normally cute and fluffy with happy endings so……..
