Ho-um~! I'm not sure Jiroubou-sensei. Maybe because some names of food sound nice? Like, some flower names are nice, so people name their daughters ( and unfortunate sons ) after the flowers.

Probably a matter of preference.

And uhm. Cannibals are gross. :3
