Fitness update

So the past 5 months of solid gym going has drastically improved my energy levels, my endurance is pretty much at the fight full night at fp and not need a hard down time except for the usual water breaks.

New weigh in update...down another 3 lbs.

Maybe some advice on supplements. Right now I am on a multivitamin, glucosamine, and a fat burner from apex. I drink a protein shake after each workout and I do a meal replacement shake in the mornings. I don't see any need to add creatine at this point in the game because I am still focused on the weight loss. Are there any other supplements that I might be missing?

Nope. You really don't need supplements. Multivitamin and Fat Burner, which ones you taking ( ... )
