Uh, don't know about you, but that one tree next to your car looks absolutely perfect. The rest do definitely seem to be a bit too early, but it's definitely not by much. It's probably just a bit earlier than the phase I remember seeing the trees in when we were shooting mistress_09 back last year in her Zombie-Loan styled dress.

I'm starting to like that 17th & 18th date a bit more, though now I'm REALLY curious about this weekend. o_o

Yeah, that one I parked next to was definitely in a prime state (which is why I parked next to it). But I'd say that it was anomalous.

I think this weekend will yield good photos, and I'm confident that the following weeks will also be good. I plan to go as late as the weekend of the 31st, though I'll be surprised if it's worth shooting beyond that date.

I want to stop in on Sunday, but the weekend of the 17th is at least partially (and possibly fully) booked with school stuff, and the 24th is obviously Lionel weekend. So I may not get another shot at the sakura on a weekend until the 31st.
Though zipping down there on a Tuesday or Friday afternoon is always an option too. Especially since this weekend is daylight savings, an hour more sunlight!

So, most of these trees have like 2-4 weeks before they fully bloom, right?...or are they doing that now?
