One plot bunny smashed to hell (quite nicely too)....but somehow I think once shattered it will replicate into a lot more little bunnies!

I guess I need to pay much closer attention to Josef. The first epi he was in I just kept thinking it was like looking at a vampiric Richie. Obviously I'm completely underestimating him and his threat level.

A vampiric Richie? Wow, it's strange how people can see a character totally differently - Personally, I see him as a cross between Amanda and Methos but maybe that's just wishful thinking!

a cross between Methos and Amanda is a wonderful idea. Mine was more based on a young-looking, blonde, charming 'kid' who just happens to be really old and successful. Being a vampire was actually completely inconsequential to the character in my initial moment with him. Like I said, I haven't really paid him a lot of attention yet.....but I will now. ;D

Delightful to see a new devotee, and one who has already nailed Josef's voice as well. Great fic. I'm not so sure we won't see something like this play out soon on the show - Josef has been around for a long time, knows the ropes, and has that protective streak when it comes to Mick, even though he would be loath to admit it. Wonderful encounter!
