I hate the The X-Factor. Despise it, in fact. I think it's the most puerile piece of junk ever to be shown on terrestial TV, pipping even Big Brother to the post - and yet I can't seem to get away from it, even when I shut off the telly ( Read more... )

Its so nice to hear someone who hates the X factor as much as I do. People look at you weirdly if you aren't competely obsessed with it.

My family (parents and sibs) are all into the stupid dancing thing on the Beeb - and I get the exact same thing - they all witter on about it, even though they know I don't watch the bloody show!

I get my revenge by recounting the plots of shows I watch that I know they don't!
