Have you heard about the kerfuffle surrounding the new SFX edition about horror and the lack of female representation?

Oh yes! I'm bitterly disappointed - there's really NO excuse for that these days, especially when the special edition is claiming to be a "broad church".

Heh, when Kathryn Bigelow wins the Best Director Oscar for The Hurt Locker there will be a female Oscar winning director of horror. She directed Near Dark. ;)

The fanboys just hate admitting how many girl cooties their precious horror has, not unlike when the sci-fi fanboys pitch fits about their precious sc-fi getting girl cooties.
