Yeah so I am not sleeping really or eating much of anything. I fix food and I end up nibbling and then staring at it forever. I sleep for maybe an hour or so and wake up at odd hours and then cant fall back asleep ( Read more... )

Not being able to sleep sucks >_< A doctor could prescribe you some pills, or maybe you don't even need a doctor and can buy then directly in a pharmacy?

And about the food, you should really make an effort and eat something every once in a while.

I hope it's over soon =/

Relax. sometimes things get a bit loose and slippery and hard to grasp and tie up the ends. Worryingabout finances suck. worrying about getting a job sucks.
but its nothing to starve over, try and use yoga or running as a presleep aid, masterbation always helps a little. These stresses will come and go through life. For instance, I just forked out 900.00 for the maintenance, 2 pymnts, back fees and another fucking assessment. Just before a big trip. But I'm going to pull through it , and I am going on my trip!

God, I feel your pain. I've had insomnia for a couple of years now and I know it's mostly stress and back pain that's causing it. I have no energy, ever. I hope yours ends soon. Try thinking about good things before going to sleep. Easier said than done, I know. :/

yeah it has sort of gotten better. I just sleep better after completely exhausting myself. So I sleep at like 4am-9am (if I sleep at all). Hehehe I will def try to think about good things before and let you know how it goes...
