At the Bristol convention, John Anderson (Comics Forum) told me that there was someone else from OUP wandering around. And so it proved to be, once I got back to work and contacted her; someone in ELT who is responsible for purchasing illustration work is particularly interested in stuff to do with primary childrens' work. If illustration's her thing, does she need pointing at Nick Abadzis? Or has she already made contact there?

Thanks for including me. I now have the French computer, and will find out if/how it works tomorrow. Then I'll be able to tout for proper freelance work - ie I can do colour. Then maybe someday I can say I'm an illustrator who works in a bookstore as a sideline...
