ohhhhhh my good sweet honeydew dreams, it's 3:34 am. Dear lord.

I just spent hours doodling in yahoo chat with ZexyKay. hahahaha, goldilocks and the three bears, cinderella, hansel and gretal, the little mermaid, all with thumbs up when she guessed the story right, lawl.

If you really wanted to get better as an artist, you should accept all kinds of contructive criticism. This is fine for a doodle, but why post it at all? It's obvious you just sat there staring at the original artist's work, and tried to copy their style. Why don't you try to go for your own style? You should stop trying to imitate, and start trying to create. Only then will you break out of the restrictions you've set for yourself and truly become a good artist.
It makes me sick when I see people try to just copy something. That's not art, that's plagerism.
Don't you have anything better to do? Work on your writing, you're better at it.

I've read your last two comments bitch-fests and I must say, I'm rather displeased with how much you rag on a sweet, talented person like Jenn.

Perhaps you forgot this small, important detail, so, allow me to refresh your memory: she has never once claimed herself to be a "fine artist" - never once claimed she can make "award winning works of art".

So, that being said, I guess what I'd really like to know is this: Who are you to say things like this?

Honestly, who are you to beat her confidence down so much, she stars doubting herself and her beautiful, gifted talent? She's not posting these things on art sites, claiming them to be amazing works of art. In case you forgot she's drawing for a FAN COMMUNITY. Hell, your comment isn't even posted in the community it's here in her PERSONAL JOURNAL. PERSONAL.

She's drawing Fanart. Where the art is SUPPOSED to resemble the original artist's work. Perhaps that's something you're not familiar with. Allow me to inform you, however, it is not in anyway plagiarism. It's art drawn out of ( ... )
