So, it poured again all last night and this morning, only this time complete with thunder and lightning. I dragged myself out of bed, took one look outside, and called into work. I didn't fancy riding bike to work while the heavens tried to re-enact Noah's flood and anyways, it's obon, so no one else is in either. I carried over quite a few

I'm currently in Korea and it had poured buckets of rain for the past two days (but it made the weather cooler and no mosquitoes came to bother me so I loved it even if it made me feel sickly). Unfortunately as soon as the rain died out I got 5 new bites which woke me up around 4:30 am (I also heard a lot of buzzing so it made me paranoid).

Sadly, the rain here does little to actually cool things down. Usually, it just gets more humid. Even nighttime is way too sticky!
