so this morning we had bubble and squeak for breakfast.

except that instead of cabbage, matt used cauliflower greens. and the leftover mashed potatoes he used were actually leftover mashed boniatos that i made for dinner last night. and there was no bacon or whatever involved, and it was fried in butter. you know, because butter =

greencaped_k tried to make them into mashed potatoes, but I don't think she was too happy with the results. Me, oh, I was in heaven.
