time again for
sugar high friday - with puff pastry this time!
i was pretty excited about this one, i rarely have occasion to use puff pastry, though i love sweets made with it. and i was excited to have an excuse to actually make the pastry! i've never been able to justify that before! but my calendar got in the way.

I made palmiers as well and mine were all gloppy from a tad too much corn syrup on top while baking but oh were they ever delicious!
