thats not what the left behind law is, not at all. the left behind law says that if every kid doesnt score a certain percent on a reading test then the school doesnt get federal funding. basicly the law makes the schools work harder in trying to get every child to read at the appropriate level. so if one kid doesnt pass the school has to pay for them to go to a school that can help them pass the test.. so that there not left behind. its basicly so that kids dont graduate from highschool not being able to read. its making sure no one falls through the cracks and is "left behind" it has nothing to do with special ed, i would know im in special ed. there not taking anyone out of classes. you've got anger for somthing you shouldnt be angry about, you should get all the facts befour you get all pissed off. but you have the law wrong. if the law was like that id be mad too, but its not like that.

oh and the teachers dont make these laws at all.. so dont be mad at them.. im not trying to stick up for them.. but its really nothing they can control, they do what there told to do.

I can be mad at teachers for not wanting to put up with slower kids. Reading help and real special ed are different. They are taking funding away from the real special ed classes because everyone needs to read at the same level at the same age. This screening that the schools have to enforce is going to make it so that kids that are older need to be put in different classes with kids their own skill level. Kids are getting left behind no matter how you look at it. They're going to be punished for not being fast enough. Taken out of a enviroment that they're comfortable in. They're put in a "special" school? Uh... Yeah I don't believe that's right. All this fucking government ever reminds me of is Nazi Germany. Think about it. The homosexuals were punished in Nazi Germany. The mentally chanllenged are going to be punished. And let's face it. Jew's aren't liked by "God" So yeah the only thing that's different is that we're presucting the Middle East. The more the law is enforced the more the special ed deparments are being crushed. The
