Job offer!

So, NJ came through with a job offer tonight! I sent a thank you note and got a "we'd like to hire you" response within the hour. We are supposed to speak tomorrow evening about financials and the like.
Anybody got any suggestions?

Go on-line and look at apartment prices and house prices and compare them as they relate to your costs now. That should give you a baseline for salary. You know what you make now, you know what you pay in rent - and it will help you judge if the offer is good - or what area you want to ask for.

Always ask for a few thousand more than you think is reasonable, because I find that generally we women undervalue ourselves.
