A Transforming Edo Screen
The project that has been sucking all my time recently is a projection design for the Fresno City College production of 36 Views by Naomi Iizuka.
One of the more challenging effects in the script is an Edo-era Japanese screen which is supposed to come to life. Well, I shot some video of how we accomplished the effect:
