It felt like there was something on my foot. I looked down and didn't see anything, then I felt something brush past my ankle...so I shook my leg and a big ol' wood roach fell on the floor ( Read more... )

I hated when those big tree roaches would get inside the shower, INSIDE the shower curtain, in the folds. I wouldn't see them until 1) the water was running, 2) I was naked 3) in the shower 4) without my glasses. Dude, those things FLY. ERRATICALLY.

Thankfully, Jack came to my rescue with his own sizeable boot, so that roach is now an EX-roach...but it's mighty nice to know you got my back!

I hate bugs, too. Bleah!

NONONONONONONONO!!!!!! Urgh- I hate it when that happens!!!

One the downsides to living in the south is dealing with the roaches. In Florida, we had Palmetto Bugs- think roaches on steroids. o_O And it doesn't matter how clean you keep your house. You still get them in the summertime.

I hate roaches.

Eww! I hate that! I'm sorry I can't Portkey one of the cats over to take care of it for you!

(We have found, living in Texas as we do, that the vacuum cleaner works really well in these situations, as long as you change the bag right away!)
