Book Reviews: Strout & McGuire

I wrote both of these reviews a while back, when I was thinking I might try to start up a separate book reviewing blog called “Magic ex Libris” - a tie-in to my new series.  And then I realized there was no way in Hades that I could add another blog to my online obligations.  I found my notes tonight, and figured I’d clean them up and get ‘em ( Read more... )

She isn't Batman, you silly person. She's Barbara Gordon in disguise who still manages to be awesome from a wheel chair. Batman could not be awesome from a wheelchair. :D

Absolutely, yes.

In fact, I think this is leading in the direction of a list of Seanan McGuire Facts, like the Neil Gaiman Facts.

I'll contribute one: Seanan McGuire doesn't study fairy lore. Fairies study Seanan McGuire lore.

I was first amazed by Seanan McGuire when I read her version of "Veronica Mars" written as a Shakespearean tragedy. And she continues to amaze me.
