"Hi!" [He smiles up at her and adjusts comfortably on the gurney, like nothing is out of the usual. He doesn't get up yet, figuring he's less threatening down here, like the dead. Maybe it'll help her continue to not scream. He's proud of her for not screaming.]
[He's glad she's dropped the clipboard though. Watching her hold it a moment before, he was mildly concerned she might try to connect it with his face in a panic.]

"You remembered!" [He beams as he says it, as though he's quite pleased she hasn't forgotten their time together. It's been a while since they've last seen each other, but her recent blogging assures him that she hasn't forgotten anything.]
[This is the first time he's seen her in weeks. He's quick with a once-over glance of her; he doesn't want her to think he's leering, he already has enough working against him. Things between him and Molly hadn't ended on the best of terms, and that was before the whole kidnapping-John-Watson part.]
[He sees mostly the tiredness, the stress, and the lingering hangover. It sometimes amuses him what an effect he could have on people, but he wonders how much of this is still Sherlock's fault.]
"There's coffee too. Extra strong." [He winks, because they both know she could probably use it.]
