After he'd been changed back, it took a while to get used to his normal body again. The tail thing had messed up his balance, so he sort of felt off center until about halfway to the compound. He went inside and headed to the room, already intent on taking over the duties Pam had been doing alone. He had a lot to make up for

"Mmm." She swatted at his hand. "Go 'way. 'm takin' a nap," she mumbled, rolling to her other side to face away from him.

He raised an amused brow, letting his arm wrap around her side, tugging her a little closer to him.

"I just want to know where Sam is," he informed her. Probably with someone, but it was always good to know just in case. The island did...weird things sometimes, as the last two days on the island had shown.

She didn't move as he pulled her up against her chest, simply sighed heavily.

"Tim is babysitting," she said slowly, her eyes blinking open to briefly settle on the arm curled around her waist before she turned back towards him, a hand resting on his chest.

She smiled at him, still looking mostly asleep. "You're you."

His own smile widened a little as he leaned over and pressed a kiss against her forehead.

"Yeah, I'm me," he said. "Someone turned me back. I thought I'd run over and take over the baby stuff, but I guess that isn't needed now, huh?"

Sure, he could get Sam from Tim, since he was sure Pam handed her over just because taking care of her herself had tired her out. Thing was, it had been so long since it was just the two of them, he couldn't see why they couldn't let Tim have her for a little while.
