Actually, Martin is Argentina.
Argentina, Brasil, Uruguay and all Latin America characters are fanmade, they're not official characters.
You can find pictures and fanfics of them at latin_hetalia =)

oops, I think I mixed them up, I was reading their names, and I'm REALLY bad at remembering them (although I'm not wrong AT ALL xD We ARE an unnofficial part of Uruguay and we HAVE more Argentina in us than we'd like to admit :3)
