The 2007-08 Kindergarten Explosion...

Well hey there everyone. I'm still here, I just had to finish some work-related "end-of-the-month" paperwork and such, and now I have a backlog of comments to read and respond to. You're right: The kids going into kindergarten this year will likely graduate from high school in 2020. It's strange how time can seem to warp quickly in that regard...as is the realization that the kids who were in kindergarten the year I graduated from Athens School K-8 are (circumstances permitting) in college now!

Good good, I'm glad my math was right, I kept thinking "hrm, either 2019 or 2020", but then I thought, hrm, 13 years of school, and this year ends in 07, that has to be 20! God knows how I figured that out in my head! I guess Square One taught me more than I realized! ^_^

Uhm...okay? All I really did was think about how it's 2007 now, and it generally takes 13 years of schooling for American kids, and 7 + 3 = 10, and...yeah, that's how I figured the year had to end with a 0, hence 2020.

LOL, I know I know, this is just a spambot posting! :@ P
