No right way

Why is there never a right way to do something?  Say for example two people worked on the exact same thing.  One person is new and is just learning.  That person (who will be called now Person A) is shown how to do the work and gets maybe one days worth of practice.  Second person (Person B) always does the work and doesn't let Person A get more
