I'll be signing the contract this evening, assuming no unreasonable details or timelines. Forgot to ask when they want to close, but I'll check all that out when I meet with my realtor tonight.

Contract terms were reasonable. The buyers' financing looks solid, and the contract should be ratified today or tomorrow. Closing is tentatively scheduled for May 20.
