Yes he wouldn't understand would hear. Sort of like eavesdropping on only part of a conversation. Poor Doctor, if only you knew what really happened, oh wait he will lol but not right now.

Yeah - and he was quick to act at the beginning with her (and some times after...ha) so I wouldn't think he'd stop and consider an alternative at this point.
