Yes, I have decided to go with an alternative, less ambiguous formulation:

"I shall do as I please, when and in whatsoever manner I choose"

since this is more or less the gist of the original document.

I assume by 'that' you mean 'sclerotic habituation', rather than my Terms and Conditions of Contract. In which case possibly - it depends on whether you are habituating yourself to patterns of failure, or of success.
