By still waters I lay down

It’s so ridiculously obvious I haven’t written in a long time. LJ entries don’t count. I haven’t written a proper essay since high school. Sure, I wrote them at SCAD, but you tend to spend most of your time drawing than writing. And when you do have to write, the professors give you slack because you’re an “art student”. Awful, I know. Both my ( Read more... )

Yes please! However, let's avoid the day it's supposed to snow.

Hmm. I checked earlier this week and there was the THREAT OF MILD SNOW SHOWERS. But you're right, they've appeared to have evolved into rain. Or devolve? We shall avoid the day when it rains!

Both my creative writing and screenwriting classes required us to read everyone’s work and I can’t tell you how bad the spelling and punctuation were!

I know! They did the same thing at my college in English 101, and I was appalled! I didn't know how some of these people got out of high school! How the hell did they test into college level English?! Community college or no, they needed remedial courses. I mean, elementary level!

I was one of the few people that took the Math exemption exam and passed, so I was able to take a science class instead of math. I think the math test didn't go above algebra-level math, either.

Me: Oh, so suffering through a year's worth of AP Calculus has got me NOWHERE.

Eeek, dying iPod. I wouldn't even know what to do on a train if I didn't have my music player with me. You just... sit there. Yikes!

I clicked that link for P+P+Z out of curiosity and skimmed through reviews.

"After suffering through Pride and Prejudice in a women's lit class in high school, being one of the three males in the class, and undergoing much embarrassment for my lack of understanding of the subject matter, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is bittersweet redemption."

LOL x INFINTY. This must be very good. :D

Also, can I just say that I like how the awesomeness of the upcoming weeks is measured in TV shows that are going to air? It's... heart-warming. ♥

To be fair, FOTC is a concert and Colbert is a taping. It's slightly less pathetic. =^^=

Back that iPod up, that's exactly what mine was doing before its harddrive blew a fuse.
