Jack could never be the Doctor ever. In fact, a common theme of discussion with me and my sister is 'doctors who would be a better doctor for the island than Jack.'

Katie: hell yeah. Dr Cox, and he would call Hurley Betty-Lou.
me: yes. That really rude ginger doctor with an artificial arm from E.R. who was killed when a helicopter fell on him.

Actually I have to admit I didn't care at all for any of the Oscar performances-- even that Once one!

I like Enchanted, but I was kind of amazed when things like "Happy Little Working Song" were even nominated. I mean, it was cute, but best song? I didn't mind, "That's How You Know" - or whatever it is called, that one made sense, but the rest were SO BLEH. And it ended up splitting the vote for that show, so... nice work guys! (So embarrassing to lose with three noms though).
