It's called Haru no Mezame in Japanese ("Spring's Mezume," though I don't know what "Mezume" means - "Awakening"?); "My Love," in Russian. It's a joint project between Studio Ghibli (WIN) and a Russian animator. It looks like a Renoir painting! And apparently, every frame is a painting. So cool. ^_^

Yeah, in my history of animation class, I've seen a few of those paintings on glass, but never a full length movie like this. Just those experimental shorts.
