It's a really spectacularly good movie. This guy gets an anonymous letter from a woman who claims to have dated him 20 years before, and that she had his son. So he's trying to track down which of five women he was seeing at the time is the one who sent the letter.

It'll be a while before it comes out on DVD/tape, but definitely rent it when it does. It's very . . . different, I'll warn you.

I've been wanting to see that for aaaages. Bill Murray is an absolute genius. (Have you heard about The Aristocrats? I've been wanting to catch that as well, but it's not playing around here.)

The Aristocrats isn't playing here either. :( I want to see it, though. But yes, Broken Flowers is brilliant, and if you can't find somewhere it'll be playing, you should rent it immediately when it comes out. I am in awe.

nice. never seen it... YOU NEED TO SEE STAGE BEAUTY!!! it's set in shakespearian times, about a man (played by billy crudup... YUM.) who is known for playing women on stage who suddenly finds himself completely lost when women are allowed to act and men are forbidden to... it's an entirely beautiful movie. AMAZING.
