I took what I felt at the time was a very necessary 3-hour nap this afternoon.  But now that it's midnight, I'm wide awake, so I think what really happened is that I just got an advance on tonight's sleep, and now I won't be able to snooze for a few more hours.  Oh well...I watched all the Olympic excitement tonight, and it was exciting even though

Yeah, he went out with my Best Friend Of All Time for years during and after high school (the one I went camping with in June) so needless to say we had many frequent similarly ridiculous times throughout those years. They ended on good terms, and we've all stayed friends, but not as close, but we still get together for a beer every year or two or so and do the whole FB thing.
That type of small world thing is funny!
