This looks mostly complete. The one bit that I know is missing (and I haven't followed all of this) is that sometime during the James Desborough and rape culture thread on RPG.net, Matthew Sprange agreed to never employ James Desborough again and to let all of the books he did for Mongoose go out of print, which I thought was a fairly stand-up thing to do (after admittedly being an idiot and an ass for rather too long).
