I try not to be one of those fans, but last night's Community episode prompted me to find my inner Comic Book Guy and say, "Worst. Episode. Ever." That's probably a bit unfair and hyperbolic, but it's certainly true to say there's never been an episode of Community I enjoyed less than "G.I. Jeff."

Plus, his father and mother were married from 1975-1983 [2.16] which means under the new retconned chronology, he was born 2 years before they married, and he was already a well-established single-parent kid earlier than 10 years old [1.19, 3.09]. And in digging up all that info on Jeff's father, Pierce never found out Jeff's real age? And didn't use it against him? In spite of spending the entire season trying to take him down?

JEFF: I peed! I had to change schools! I changed everything--my clothes, my hair, my personality--because of you! What a waste! I wish I could take a picture of you right now and send it to my ten-year-old self.
So either Shirley is actually 42 and she's known Jeff's been lying about his age ever since the 3rd season, or Jeff was really 14 when he got sent to tinkle-town. Neither is remotely plausible.
