Well, here's hoping that after yesterday's trip to Brighton to see Barrowman in concert, my Barrowman Fangirl Badge hasn't been completely revoked! :)

What a great report and pictures! Thanks so much for posting. I'm counting down to RAH now.

Oh, and I've got my La Cage tickets - including a cabaret table one night. The lady at the box office was laughing at my squeeing, but I don't care. It's a small price to pay.

Thank you!!!! I do suspect there's a rather large contingent of us counting down to the RAH -- and more importantly to "La Cage". It's been a long time since the Barrowman has been on stage; and I for one am extremely intrigued to see what he does with the part of Albin.

As for people laughing at your squeeing, I laugh at them. The pleasures of fandom far exceed the pleasures of booking random non-fandom tickets -- hoping the show will be okay.

On that note -- I won't be able to make it to Torchsong. Work has reared it's ugly head -- preventing my attendance in a few days time. Here's hoping the con is good fun and that I shall hear texted reports during the day!

As for what's going to end up on the DVD, no guarantees. The impression I'm getting is that each show is a touch unique. ;)

But I totally agree with you that John is wearing his heart on his sleeve when he performs. And that's one of the reasons it has been fascinating to watch the evolution of his "I Am What I Am". I wil acknowledge the fact that I'm very keen to watch his first perfomance on stage in nearly five years. My -- how time does fly!

And I do apologize for being so shell-shocked when I first sat down; I'm going to blame it all on the fresh air that the Brighton seaside imposed on me!!
