Jhanny loves Ash, or thinks he does. Her happiness is very important to him, and he's more than willing to bow out so she'll be happier with someone else.

Despite this, he's going to be the overprotective ex-boyfriend. Any serious threat she doesn't seem able to handle herself will be dealt with quietly and efficiently as soon as an opportunity presents itself.

He's honestly relieved she's taken the Cure - shows good sense, she rushed into the relationship. He feels very, very guilty about the possibility that none of their relationship was 'real'.

Right now he just wants to distance himself from her, for the most part, so he doesn't hurt her. Doesn't mean he won't strike up a conversation, though it's likely to be melancholy.

Rosie is an acquaintance he's rather fond of. He knows almost nothing about her despite his research, other than that she's a powerful magic user who attracts loving people to her quite quickly.

She seems like a good person, and she's good friends with 'that other vampire', Ted, who intrigues him a great deal.

Jhanny loves Ara, both in a 'lovers' sense and a 'father/daughter' sense. She's fun, playful, and willing to indulge herself in the fineries being his Scion has to offer. This endears her to him a great deal.

Ara also disturbs him with how quiet and yet passionate she can be. Her fury is a thing of wonder, and when she's giddy she brigtens up the complex. When she's not engaged in an extreme mood, she's quiet, reserved, and 'in the background'. The contrast startles him every time she switches out.

Now if only she were more accepting of slavery...(Oh yeah, Telvanni influence without Ashley's? He's very pro slavery now.)
