8/19/2008 -- 288.8 lbs -- 1720 calories - 843.824 under BMR - Softball, 15 min walk, 2/15 curls and shoulder lifts

8/20/2008 -- 286.4 lbs -- 2087 calories - 461.87 under BMR - Wii Fitness, Wii Baseball

8/21/2008 -- 287.0 lbs --

I'm trying for treadmill or Excersize bike or combo of both far three nights a week and hard suit pell work for SCA fighting at least 2 nights a week... Been so busy or sock lately that I"m only really managing the bike/mill. Going for more than 30 minutes in 5 minute increments though.
