Is this Jeff Pack from Irvine High School? If so, I can't believe I came across this site. I dont' know how I got here, I was just at work, and was randomly selecting links and I saw your site. I used to think you were so cute in high school. Omigod, how are you doing? I'm not sure I really want to tell you who I am right now. Can you first tell me if you are single and such? Are you still living in Irvine? Post on your journal, and I will get back in contact you with these comments. Sorry for being so mysterious.
Ooh, mystery. That's a good way to kick off restarting the journal.
Yep, I went to Irvine High, and I'm back in Irvine at the moment, staying with my folks until I can find a job back east in New York City or Boston. Am I single? Well, I'm not married off yet like everyone else from high school seems to be (at least, everyone my parents tell me about). Currently I've got a crush on someone I've met through Television Without Pity, which will probably be the subject of a later journal entry full of angst about the cruelties of geography.
Never mind the split infinitive in your last paragraph -- I happen to know that you did indeed hurt your long-distance relationship prior to she hurting you.
I probably did hurt her. People hurt each other sometimes, either because they're ignorant (I certainly was at 19) or because they want different things. But finger-pointing about who hurt whom first is really not the point of that list. And anyway, there are better fora for such a discussion than this one.
Oh, and I don't believe in the incorrectness of the split infinitive.

Do I get to find out who this is?
