Although I've been going through a lot of changes, I got a reminder last night that I'm a lot further from where I want to be than I thought. Unlike any others incidents, this didn't involve something that someone said about me and had nothing to do with anyone that I know from the group or even Long Island for that matter. Iv said it befor and Ill say it again, your becomeing frustrated with yourself, and this frustration then boils over to your dealings with others. You need to cut yourself some slack and know that no matter how far you come it will always seem to be more to be done, but that is life a never ending journy and struggle. Those not seeking at all times to better themselfs are most likely dead!!! It needs to be taken in stride. I am here for you as you have always been there for me, but if you dont stop beating up on yourslef Im gunna join in and my beatings will be much more painfull!!!!
