I meant to write this last week and even found the old draft livejournal saved of my first attempt. Sadly, the inability to stay awake for any real length of time for most of last week hindered that goal. Of course this had led to the insomnia this week to balance things out

You almost sound happy and content too. Don't you people realize that is not allowed on Livejournal. What are you people thinking? If it wasn't for you writing about the fact that you can't sleep and the basement flooding, the livejournal police would issues you a warning as well (see my comments to Jay).
