Sorry I haven't been in touch. I've been busy playing tourist and having fun while I can. Kumamoto Castle was awesome, and Sasebo is always fun. Had dinner at the Steak Salon last night and made a convert out of one of my coworkers who'd been bitching about the concept of eating at a steak house as oppposed to a shushi place while in Japan.
